These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UEFN Stats (the "Service"), operated by an individual sole proprietor doing business as "UEFN Stats" ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
UEFN Stats is an analytics dashboard that tracks and displays publicly available engagement statistics for Fortnite Creative and UEFN islands, derived from Epic Games' public Ecosystem API. We are an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Epic Games, Inc. "Fortnite," "UEFN," and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
The data shown is collected from third-party sources and by automated crawling, may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and is provided for informational purposes only. Historical trends reflect only what our crawler has captured over time. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any business, financial, or investment decision.
You may create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or content in bulk except as expressly permitted; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or plan restrictions; (c) reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service; (d) use the Service to violate any law or the terms of any third-party service, including Epic Games; or (e) share, resell, or sublicense your account access.
The Service's design, code, original text, and compiled/aggregated presentations are owned by us. Underlying game statistics and creator/island names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for factual, informational purposes. Your Pro subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service, not ownership of any content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 6, 7, and 9) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
